Mr. T. K. Alexander Vaidyan B. Sc. Engg. FIE, the founder chairman of Relcon Foundations Pvt Ltd, is a Chartered Civil Engineer. He graduated from Trivandrum Engineering College in 1965 and has worked in most of the states in India from 1965 to 1976. He is the recepient of several national awards. Armed with a keen business sense, a strong work ethic and a business philosophy based on biblical principles, he formed Relcon Foundations. The success helped him to build up the sister concerns.

He has gained experience in Soil Investigation, Piling, Mining, Drilling, and grouting Anchor stressing, Pre stressed Concrete, Building & Road Projects and various other aspects of hydro electric Projects in India. He has also worked in Middle east countries from 1976 to 1986 in various road projects, multistoried buildings, Tele communications etc.
 
From 1978 onwards he is in business as Property Developer and setup his own company called Real Estate Development and Commercial Agencies Pvt Ltd., and started Foundation Engineering and Civil Contracting through out South India, from 1987 onwards under the name of Relcon Foundations Pvt Ltd. We undertake Soil investigation, Property development, under reamed piles, deep piles etc. for both Private and Public sector under taking.

Relcon foundations has also done piling work for more than 20 Railway Bridges for track doubling between Shornur and Mangalore. They have also done piling work for R.O.B and R.U.B in Karnataka. This involved 1 mtr dia Piles going from depth of 10 mtr to 15 mtr under difficult site conditions. The company has also done piling in Tamil Nadu, Pondichery, Karnataka, etc for various agencies like southern Railway, ONGC, Mysore Construction Company, Nagarjuna Construction Company, Simplex Concrete Piles India etc.

We have also undertaken piling works for major building developers in and outside Kerala. Also we have done the piling for Escotel Mobile Communication (IDEA), BSNL, RPG, ARM etc. including erection and painting of towers up to 80 mtr high.
